Homeless man taunts employees by playing stolen guitar outside pawn shop, police say | lehighvalleylive.comPosted: September 24, 2013
I was on my computer today checking out the news and came across a guitar related article that I just had to share. Apparently, 34-year-old Jesse Atkinson stole a guitar from an Easton Pennsylvania pawnshop and then repeatedly returned to the pawnshop to taunt them with the stolen guitar. After several failed attempts by the pawnshop’s employees to apprehend the guitar taunting thief they finally got their man, but not until after some headbutting and biting.
“I said, ‘I’m going to grab him and I’m going to sit on him until the cops get here.’” said pawnshop assistant manager Michael Andrew Correll, 40, of Nazareth.
Then, as the article states, “the drama didn’t end there.”
